Syllabus
This Syllabus is for women and couples 50 and older. We can present it twice a week for three weeks or alternatively once a week for six weeks.
Each student has to sign an indemnity form before the course commences.
Charges: We would appreciate those that can afford it to pay R50 per class so that we can offset our costs and so that we can also offer the classes to those who cannot afford it.
Week 1
Introduction: “No be there”
Fight or flight
Basic Striking Techniques: Fist
Knees
Elbows
Shins/Feet
Week 2
Breaking Holds
Reversing Positions on the ground
Week 2
Breaking Chokes and strangles
Basic Chokes and Strangles
Week 3
Takedowns and Throws
Knife attack and defense
“No Be There”
- Rules and regulations will be explained at the 1st class of the course

Hope we get a gpod response. People this is your chance to prepare yourself for self defense in difficult situations. With crime on the rise and break-ins a daily occurence – be prepared!!!
